Licensing

LOGbinder SP's licensing model is simple - one license for each server in the farm (except dedicated SQL servers - see LOGbinder SQL) with license fees based on the edition of SharePoint being used in the farm.

While LOGbinder SP uses server quantity as the metric for licensing, the actual LOGbinder SP agent need only be installed on a single server in order to fully audit farm activity. For instance, a farm with 2 web front-end servers, 2 application servers, 1 central admin server and 1 dedicated SQL server would require 5 licenses.
